starting off with the schuylkill expressway still dealing with the construction. our camera as right around montgomery drive. but good news, we have some lanes open now in both directions. so earlier we had all lanes blocked off on the east and westbound side due to overhead sign repair. right here is the eastbound lanes. and you can see one lane getting by toward center city and that's slow. so, very slow through there. they had pretty much ysh pushed over to the shoulder. westbound, two lanes are now opened. watch, the shoulder's blocked there as well. either way, it's a slow go. and since earlier they did have both directions blocked off in both -- all lanes blocked off in both directions, there was a big backup. so, now some residual delays because of that as well. so, expect problems on the schuylkill expressway this morning. lastly, we'll check in with 95. construction should be clearing any minute now, southbound between academy road and cottman avenue where there is one lane getting by, but you can see the southbound drive time with no problems from woodha

you can see the road conditions are clear on the schuylkill expressway. you want to watch for any slick spots as we had a dusting of snow in some spots sticking to the grassy surfaces. here's a different shot. you can see a little bit of snow, parts of the median and the sidewalk not much on the roads. this is a live look at 26th street at penn rose avenue in south philadelphia by the platt bridge. at any time point you could have the roads being slick as the temperatures are plummeting and we had that dusting of snow. let's switch the camera view, this is the ramp at i-95 452 in delaware. you have to be careful on the ramps. you can see the snow reaching the sides of the ramps that people are driving through at this point. for the most part it's on the grassy surfaces off to the sides. only the ramps we're seeing snow and slick spots, i-95 the ramp at 4352. because of the dusting we have crews on the atlantic city expressway eastbound black horse pike salting, doing their job give them room. >> pokemon go was the most trending topic in 2016 and iphone an
