. >> let's talk built snow coming our -- about the snow coming our way, annie mccormick will have a report in just a moment from camden, county, new jersey. >> david murphy is outside, hi david. >> reporter: good morning, guys, no snow in philadelphia. we were expecting it to be down south and that little -- and that's where it wound up this morning. it's down in south jersey, northern atlantic county, a little bit more heavier stuff closer to the coast. looks like the heavier stuff is pushing through dover and probably be off the coast by 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. the way things are currently looking. we have the winter weather advisory up until noon, again it's light snow in new jersey and delaware counties. we have lifted the advisory in areas closer to i-95. it was in new castle county but they have taken it out, balls the snow is not coming up -- because the snow is not coming up that far. 32 in wilmington, it's cold enough to get the snow to stick on untreated surfaces. today is chilly, 36 degrees by noon, it will be brisk and windy, 32 by 7:00 p.m. a bit more precipitation is possible

annie mccormick is live at the scene woodhaven and knights road. we have an update about the situation the driver was in, originally we were told he was thrown from the bus, we have learned he crawled through the windshield which was knocked out. still he escaped with minor injuries. one minor detail we wanted to change. behind you i want to show you the progress that septa has made so far. two septa trucks right there. they are at the end rear of the bus, you can see that two tow chains -- tow hooks, rather have a chain around the bumper. you can seem the lights flashing on the back of the bus. they have pulled that up. the other septa vehicle is about to do the same thing to the front of the bus, because as you can see from where we're standing you're seeing the under carriage of the bus. the goal is to bring ity upright. we saw a -- the goal is to bring it upright. we saw a flat bed they will roll the bus down to that. this bus is not normally in service going from backup bus stop to bus stop. this is a shut bus that's used for corn well heights

annie mccormick has that full story live from southwest detectives. annie. >> reporter: and matt, luckily in this case the victim t-the delivery man is condition at the hospital after he was shot several times. he also had a weapon and did return fire but at this point police don't know if he actually hit any of the men that were trying to rob him. well, this is video from the scene. this all happened just after 7 o'clock last night. the delivery man received an order for two pizzas to be delivered to a home in the 5300 block of yoakum. when he arrived he knocked on the door. turns out it was al vacant home that was called in for the delivery. armed men rain out of an adjacent house. they pulled a gun on the delivery man. they tried to rob him of the pizzas and also theaccording tod the pizzas during the truggle is own gun. >> there was a slight struggle at his car. as they were struggling for the pizzas, the pizzas fell to the ground. the driver tried to flee from the scene. as he's running they fire numerous shots at him hitting

"action news" reporter annie mccormick tells the rest live from northwest detectives. annie. >> reporter: that's right, matt, the armed man told police that he was assaulted and chased. he'd never seen the suspect before and he felt in he was in fear, he's licensed to carry a gun and so he used it. this is video from the scene. this al happened just after 11 o'clock last night at fifth and west rock lands in the olney section of the city. police say that the man was leaving a chinese takeout with two friends when his alleged attacker punched him in the face and then when he 20 run away from that alleged attacker, he was chased. it was at that point the man who was licensed to carry a gun pulled out that gun and shot his attacker twice sending the suspect then to einstein hospital where he's in stable condition. police say this is an ongoing investigation but at this point no charges have been filed. another thing, back out here live police say that the armed man, the victim in this case, stayed on the scene and waited for police and waited to tell his side of the story

annie mccormick is live with more on the investigation. >> reporter: rick, still a lot of questions. at this point homicide investigators are looking into this and they are only calling this a suspicious death and waiting for results from an autopsy. a 911 call brought 8th district police officers to the home. a 38-year-old man was pronounced dead in the back bedroom of the apartment. his girlfriend made the discovery after coming home a he rand. police say the door to the back room was locked and throughout the morning, homicide detectives gathered evidence and towed this vehicle at the apartment. >> in addition to the victim's body there was a bedroom that appeared to be ransacked. detectives interviewed friends of the victim and are stopping short of calling this a case of homicide. >> early this morning the people brought down here for interviews, down to police headquarters were returned back to the scene. again, at this point they are not calling this a homicide. if you have information you are urged to call police. reporting live annie mccormick, channel 6 "action news." >> th

annie mccormick is live with the latest on the victim's condition. >> reporter: and rick, according to police that 47-year-old victim is in critical condition at temple university hospital. police believe is an innocent bystander. just before 9:00 last night in kensington in indiana gun fire erupts in a park, they believe that the bullet struck a man in the head. >> this person may not have been the intended target because the front porch is about 200 feet south of where we found all the spent shell casings. the viction tim was standing on his sister-in-law's porch. >> according to the tamly they heard gunshots and immediately ducked down and they focused their attention in the park where they found dozens of shell casings from two different weapons. they believe that the gun fire strayed and hit the victim. >> reporter: and police brought several people down to east detectives last night and are working to find surveillance video and witnesses if the area, at this point they do believe that there are at least offenders they are looking for and they are working to identify them. workin
