louis to the l.a. rams, and now san diego, and the raiders would like to follow suit next year with las vegas. however, he still hasn't filed the official papers. there will be a vote in late march that the nfl owners will decide at least on paper whether or not they approve a move as we well know the raiders have not shied away in the past from litigation, suing the nfl to move wherever they want. there still are other issues to be decided before they would move into this proposed brand- spanking-new stadium. here are some of the road blocks. davis would to have agree with the billionaire casino mogul adelson as to whether or not he would even give him a piece of the team. so far davis says no. and then if he does give him a piece of the team, which is a big question mark, in the nfl supposedly there's a rule that says cannot be a casino owner and also own a part of the team in the nfl. in the meantime if that doesn't work out between he and this billionaire down there in las vegas, where is he going
