expect weather delays down in philly international and if you fly down in around philly this morning i would check with airline to play it safe and as sue tells us in a moment the further you go off extension there's freezing rain and black ice. mother nature is giving it all to us this morning. septa, no problems at the moment on any regional rail lines. whenever we have rain and soon to follow will be scattered delays and slippery rails and platforms on the steps boarding buses and trains could be a little slippery. here's snapshot for patco. again what happens today remains to be seen. steve is over there fairy avenue station. yesterday we had five trains taken out of service during the morning rush hour because of smoke from under the carriage and on thursday that smoke from the train ferry avenue shut down power during the morning rush hour and then flashback to last monday where we had smok smoke-filled train that shut down the system during the evening rush hour underneath philadelphia's city hall. and so i think todayfy was using patco i know it's not easily for everybody and
