good morning, jesse -- reggie. this ramp just opened a short time ago and it was closed as investigators gather details in this police-involved shooting. here is a look at the scene from a short time ago. police cars were on scene gathering evidence and here is what police tell us. so at 11:30 last night chp responded to a vehicle collision on the connector from northbound 101 to northbound 880. something happened while those officers were handling that traffic stop. and shots were fired. police say no officer was injured by a suspect was injured and taken to the hospital. nonlife-threatening injuries. now investigators immediately closed the nearby ramp and that is where they were most of the morning. we know this black jetta parked here on the ramp, and this time we don't know what role it is playing in the investigation but it was here all morning and overnight. it could be possible evidence. the rear window of that jetta has several holes that look like bullet holes. so just a little while ago, that car was tow
