things are picking up here in oroville next to the dam. you can see the helicopter and they're starting to move those white bags we showed you all morning long, some of it gravel, some of it rocks, some of it sand. they're going to put it in places where there is erosion. i did get a chance to speak with someone from the california department of water resources who gave me an update on where things stand now. crews worked through the night and into today on the emergency spillway, 200 personnel between cal fire and water resources are on the ground as we speak. the levels continue to drop, they're able to reinforce the erosion in the emergency spillway and doing so by one of the options i showed you just right now, by air lifting bag of gravel and boulders into the spillway to reinforce it with a slurry mixture. with the possibility of rain in the forecast as we've been talking about all morning long, guys, they understand time is of the essence. >> we have wet weather coming up in the next couple days. we don't expect the spillway to be a
