fox5's melanie alnwick live in northeast with more. so i guess three strikes and you're out, mel, right? >> reporter: well, let's see. tuesday, friday, sunday, perhaps today that judge may decide to hold fence jumper just a little bit longer. now, 38-year-old marcy anderson wall of everett and washington was arrested again sunday morning. it was 2:15 in the morning when she climbed the fence and set off an alarm at the u.s. treasury building. wall was first arrested last tuesday. that was close to 11:00 p.m. she was trying to jump the white house fence but as you mentioned she got caught up in her shoelaces. she was charged with unlawful entry and released with orders to stay away until her next court appearance. friday wall was spotted again, this time near lafayette park across from the white house. she was arrested for violating that stay away order and held overnight. saturday she was released again only to make a third attempt on sunday. now, when wall was arrested on sunday the secret service tells us she was carrying a backpack
