"eyewitness news" reporter anita oh is live in center city where she's working on that story, anita? >> reporter: nicole, police say someone at ben franklin high school, pulled a fire alarm just as officers arrived to serve those arrest warrants , eventually they took 10, teenage boys in the custody and awaiting an arrest warrant for an 18 year-old student. those teenage boys face felony charges after a violent brought inside race/vine subway station last week as seen in cell phone video. you can see that three boys repeatedly stumped on one victim's head, others are seen punching another teen on the ground. police believe this started as a snowball fight and escalated into a larger brawl, inside the subway station and this morning officers, served seven warrants at ben franklin high school, one at franklin learning certainty and other two elsewhere in the city. one septa rider tells "eyewitness news" that she often sees fights between teenagers on septa lines. >> they be in groups, p

we're already seeing record registration for the event that will be held here on the ben franklin frankway. the league says 156,000 fans have registered for the draft experience. that's a 225% increase from the same period last year. a group of those who registered will be randomly selected to receive tickets to get inside a theater that will be built at the art museum. unfortunately, that theater only seats 3,000 people. register and you may get picked for the tickets. the draft begins april 27th. >>> let's head out west for a story about a texas woman who is lucky to be alive after she was stranded for five days near a remote area near the grand canyon. the department of public safety rescued the 25-year-old woman last night after she told the rescuers she was driving through the area when her car ran out of gas. she couldn't get a cell phone signal and had to walk to an area to call 911 but the call failed before her exact location was identified. a helicopter crew finally discovered here. >>> finally, a little girl from atlanta got up close and personal. watch this. the 3-year-old girl

here's a shot outside ben franklin parkway. we will see flags blowing harshly through the rest of the morning. we had a wind advisory issued yesterday that has been upgraded, folks to a high wind warning. so the gusts are out there. it is very noticeable, it is making it feel harsh outside as temperatures are not even bottoming out just yet. so, we're expecting at this point gust that is could still peak as high as 50 to 60 miles an hour. here's a high wind warning outlining counties not included here we are in the wind advisory, but basically difference we will see worst of the wind in that sort of the burnt orange shaded area. gusts up to 60 miles an hour throughout the next couple of hours, it is very harsh, i felt my car, moving around in the wind, i may self was pad dling the wind just trying to get door opened here at the station. it really is noticeable and you will have to factor that in here. make sure you slow down on the area bridges because of this. 44 miles an hour gust being reported at the airport. nearing 40 at
