are you ready for this, north philadelphia? power should be back on when this is all hooked up, run wires to up these polls, see a guy over here in this white truck. he's getting all of the equipment ready. they have spool of cable on this truck. they've got cable pulled that we can see inbetween these trucks underneath that white mack truck. they're going to get these generators hook up and running and buzzing here on allegheny avenue this will replace the substation over at fox and west moore lands that burnt to a crisp tuesday afternoon. these guys working non-stop. so power, he said he looked at his watch, 6:30, we're hoping to have all of it back on in two hours, but say 9:30 for sure. and i hate saying that, and then disappointing people. but these guys are confident that they're going get this all rigged up and hook up and get this as a replacement power source until they can get main substation that fried fixed. they had not figured out what caused that, which is of great concern to them, because they can't have this ha
