we got rain right now, the first round overnight mainly over in south jersey. light nuisance stuff in the southeastern pennsylvania area. but new castle delaware and parts of south jersey still trying to get rid of steadier cells popping through off and on and maybe a ponding and puddling. a flood watch kicks in at noon. overall in these areas, anywhere from an inch and a half to two and a half inches of rain and there's a concern not only of flooding on roadways but maybe creeks and streams being comprisedly if you're driving on roads and they get flooded don't drive through them. if you're walking, you don't walk through them. can't say that enough. we'll probably be repeating that warning a couple of times through the spring when we get the heavy rounds of rain. a winter weather advisory until 6:00. that's because of freezing rain in the elevation around the poconos and there could be a issue of freezing rain sleet and snow. 40 is your current temperature in philadelphia. feels kind of raw out there. there's a little bit of a breeze coming in off the ocean.

it's actually here in south jersey. i think that's where when it's all said and done we're going to see the heaviest amounts. if you go back up here toward say allentown and you get out here toward lehigh valley and berks county, you're starting to see things taper off. so that's good news if you want to dry out, but we do have a little bit more on the way. not the heavy, heavy rain west of the metro area, though. so that's good news there. let's take a look at what's going on from norristown down through philadelphia. that's where we're seeing some scattered showers, heavier pockets of rain. also from chester to woolrich, we're seeing some heavier rain. we head into south jersey, and that's where you see from wince low to galloway, the swath of heavy rain. this is likely going to dump another inch or two of rain before we start to see things kind of taper off this evening. all the way down toward cape may where you've already seen a pretty good downpour, now things are starting to quiet down there. if we look at the bi
