let's get right to bill henley. neighborhood weather forecast. bill? >> you mention sd why we issued a first alert for the entire viewing area today especially this morning and well into the afternoon hours. see severe storms take place with damaging winds and hail and heavy downpours as well, especially in the pennsylvania suburbs and lehigh valley. flood threat as well will accompany those areas that have seen a lot of rain over the last several days. light rainfall overnight. that's already moving out of here. the heavier rain and thunderstorm activity has hit central pennsylvania. so, this first line of storms has missed us. but there's more activity to the south. you can see showers are coming back in. it doesn't look very impressive. we'll be watching areas to the south. this is the motion we'll see during the day today. this flow will continue to give us occasional showers to start with. heavy downpours this morning and later this afternoon and strong thunderstorms as well. right now, though, it's windy and cold. winds out of the east at 15 mile
