. >> meteorologist rob mayeda joins us with more on round two. >> that's right. as we clean up from round one, which was close to an all-time railroad for low pressure off the coast for the monday of april. it dropped to 970 millibars. that's a windy storm for any time of year. as it strengthed up the california coast it brought us damaging winds last night and brought the wind gusts up through oregon and washington. this wave we are seeing right now is a second system coming in tonight. right now starting to fill in on the radar. not much right now in san jose. clouds on the increase. rain on the hill tops east of downtown. different story as we go from san jose over to san francisco. from the north bay down the peninsula there you see the rain flying. moderate rain at times. we do think it will turn briefly heavy. and there is a still as the cooler air sweeps in, we could see a slight chance of thunder showers. the second go around for rain and wind -- wind speeds not above 60 miles per hour. but 25 to 45 miles per hour likely before midnight. chance of downpou
