we're checking the schuylkill expressway. that's been one of the trouble spots for us on the schuylkill this morning because of some construction we had at south street. that has since cleared but you can see the delay remains so this is the schuylkill at passyunk. westbound traffic coming off at 26th street and you can see how jammed you are approaching passyunk to south street even though that construction cleared traveling really slowly there and you could see you're traveling about 14 miles an hour westbound on the schuylkill an early delay and that's because of that construction that was out there for awhile but it's gone near south street. i-95 slowing down about 16 miles an hour as you're heading towards girard so you're watching that volume build and the jam starts on i-95. schuylkill elsewhere mostly in the 20's and 30's as we look at that big picture here n conshohocken we've had an accident out here for hours on key street. that's right at butler pike. let's go outside live here and this is deptford township glouce

they're still out here on the schuylkill. this is westbound approaching south street as you head towards the vine you've got the right lane blocked. so you've got stay to the left at this point coming west of university avenue and if they don't wrap up soon that's going to cause some delays on the schuylkill. for now we have light volume so it's okay. as you look at the speeds on the blue route schuylkill and i-95, mostly in the 50's so no big problem there. we have the phils play tonight at 7:05 so later on you'll see some extra congestion there in south philadelphia. we've had a few early morning accidents. one still out here in conshohocken on key street at butler street. one in east norriton, fire crews are still out here with this building fire. they've extinguished the fire. looking outside live in cherry hill roads are dry here. some construction crews still blocking two lanes on route 70 at haddonfield road matt and tam. >> thank you, karen. >>> we have breaking information on the explosion at an ariana grande concert

happy wednesday, we are looking outside, schuylkill at girard taillights moving in the eastbound direction, headlights moving in the westbound direction. we are working and heating up just a little bit right now, 202 headlights in the north bound direction between swede forward road. in all these shots just how wet, and dampness even without rain coming down we know that can slow us down. it might, later as we move more closer in the 6:00 o'clock hour and 7:00 o'clock hour. at around 5:33 in the morning this is what we are dealing w 202. lou g you look quiet. then a split for you, blue route at route one taillights moving in the northbound direction and then 95 at airport taillights moving in the southbound direction. you can see both again everything is looking very wet in terms of the congestion levels we are not seeing those anywhere really. 422 there was a couple spots that looked like they were heating up but that is what we're working with this morning. would i still leave early? yes. sometimes you cannot travel at posted speed when it is so wet on the roadways. then we have got some

commute with issues, like a crash on the roosevelt boulevard extension to the westbound lanes of the schuylkill involves this dump truck and it's mostly off to the side on the ramp so you can squeeze by but normal westbound afternoon delays on the schuylkill are starting to form and you can see we are in the red in both directions already on the travel times and 33 minutes on the other side, on the eastbound side. it's even slower as you head into center city. and slow along 95 southbound, we have an earlier crash approaching broad street that is now cleared out of the way, coming south of penn's landing speeds in the 30s and 9 miles per hour on 676 southbound and merge with the 42 freeway southbound and as you head to king of prussia and towards the mall and the schuylkill expressway the northbound lanes taking out the left lane. coming north of chester brook just 15 miles per hour there as emergency crews remain on the scene. in delco a crash along sprawl road close to baltimore pike and the state of delaware blocking the ramp from philadelphia pike and the claymont interchange to go south on

schuylkill near king of prussia. headlight moving in the eastbound direction, and of course, westbound side as well. really the eastbound side i'm keeping my eye on right now around king of prussia. starting to heat up levels. we can expect that now. as we approach the 6:00 hour. then we do have construction out here 422 eastbound the off ramp to route 23, going to be closed overnight, 7:00 p.m., to 12:00 a.m. through friday. so alternate, first off ramp your best bet there. and then restarting the vine construction, nobody likes this one. it is closed tonight. between broad street and the schuylkill, between 11 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. so just a heads up it, might affect your morning commute just little bit. more construction about last week's water main break, and clearing today, third street closed between walnut and chest null until 4:00 p.m. today. expected to clear, so until then, you will have to use the alternates, fifth or seventh street, probably going to be your best bet. and mo

southbound, before the schuylkill, this is what you are working with, and once you jump on to the schuylkill and travel down little westbound, at city avenue, take a look at this, where you start to get page in to bumper to bumper conditions. just headed out there anywhere around the area, boulevard, city avenue, schuylkill, you certainly want to start to give yourself some extra time. ninety-five south at cottman, same story. push in the southbound direct come around the s curve making your way downtown to center city you can see it is a little bit slow moving there. in fact just traveling little less than supposed speeds now just popping up, do have accident here, take a look at how slow moving you are going, 95 north past federal sit it road two lanes blocked, southbound direction, it is still really going to start to slow you down. so again, bumper to bumper conditions there. see 4 miles per hour, basically telling you you're not moving, snail crawl, so heads up for those of you headed in the northbound direction on interstate 95. pa turnpike evening before bensalem right lane, pa, befor
