bob, good morning >> reporter: hey, caitlin, good morning to you. nine supreme court justices have just taken the bench here at the 10:00 o'clock hour. but there were a number of or orders pins and decisions issued at 9:30 this morning. the president's travel ban which has been put on stay put on hold basically by some federal judges around the country including in maryland and virginia. that has not been one of the early opinions or decisions or orders that were issued at 9:30 this morning. so we're waiting to see if in the second patch the final batch of this supreme court term that are coming out now at 10:00 o'clock whether the travel ban will be among them. if not today, we're told perhaps tomorrow. later this afternoon or tomorrow there could be a decision on the travel ban that the justices will not likely wait till the next term begins in october. so we -- we are likely to find out later today or tomorrow what the supreme court does on the president's travel ban. as for lot of speculation that he may retire and announce it today. he's 80 yea
