first here are the three people arrested and the names you'll here, jose canales-yanez, roger garcia, edgar garcia. they each face first degree murder and also conspiracy to commit first degree murder charges, but now let's go back to december 2016 when police say a friend of najjar told them that najjar allegedly stole drugs from a woman named kira yanez during a drug deal. december 14th, 2016, police say kira yanez filed a police report saying a passenger in a blue honda civic -- remember this car -- stole her ipad and drug her 50 feet. now we jump to june 5th this year about 10:15 or so at night and najjar tells a friend he's selling a graduatiti june 5th around 10:45 at night police are called to a cul-de- sac in montgomery village where they find in a yarr and artem ziberov shot dead. -- najjar and artem ziberov shot dead. 30 shell casings are littered around. between june 5th and june 17th a confidential informant tells police 25-year-old jose canales- yanez, now husband of kira yanez, edgar and roger garcia all three killed the two for that alleged robbery in december. june 17t
