matheus silva was swimming in lake tahoe and had to be pulled out of the water. rescuers preformed c-p-r and he was airlifted to a hospital in reno. silva is a midfielder for the earthquakes. he is currently on loan from the earthquakes' affiliate team in reno. a stolen fire truck belonging to an oxnard fire department has been found. the truck you see here. . . turned up in san francisco yesterday morning. it was stolen monday. ther is no word yet on whether any arrests have been made. ( james ) a major bridge on highway one that was damaged by storms back in february will reopen later this summer. the pfeiffer canyon bridge in big sur had to be completely torn down. crews are busy this morning working on rebuilding that bridge. pieces of the new steele bridge are being made in vallejo. right now they are getting ready to be taken down to big sur where they will be put in place. crews still have a long way to go but they say they are confident that the bridge will reopen in september. a lot of people drive across it on the way to lake tahoe. caltrans hired a company in 2013 to put down a resin of gravel but it just didn't stick. caltrans had the bridge repaired again under warranty, but the material keeps crumbling and now that warranty is expired. caltrans officials say they will spend $25 million to resurface the road with a more reliable concrete mixture that has been used on other bridges. >> there are never any guarantees, but we're very confident in the fact, as i mentioned, 2500 bridges with very good results, so we're very confident. >> construction will take place weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the goal is to be finished by labor day. >>> the search is on still for four young men that disappeared. the hunt has been on for four days. a man was taken in on unrelated charges. >> reporter: police and the fbi are working around the clock to find four men who disappeared within just days of each other. in a normally quiet area of bucks county, pennsylvania, residents are shaken. >> it's very disturbing. >> report
