a nice afternoon ahead. of course, tomorrow, we have the partial solar eclipse here, total out in the midwest and the southern states. we're looking at very likely good viewing with sunshine and clouds. i'll talk about that in a moment. the eclipse begins the at 1:21 a.m., it peaks at 2:44 p.m. it ends at 1 minute past 4:00 p.m. it's around the 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. period it will be the best. we're looking at a frontal boundary to our west tomorrow. if it stays to the west, we'll winds up with mostly sunny skies and patchy clouds. 89 is the high. i could see humidity rising during the day. some models are suggesting as this pushes east we'll cloud up a little bit, perhaps before the eclipse is done. there's a pesky model that has a shower popping up in the afternoon. we're not going that way, we'll go optimistic because most of the models have us staying dry in the afternoon with mostly sunny skies. prep for the solar eclipse, you can't look at the sun without glasses, if you don't have them, don't try it. f
