( justine ) the environemental protection agency got the go -ahead to help cleanup following the devastating fires. governor jerry brown today issued an executive order that will allow the federal government to come in and remove any hazardous waste that has been left over. it is common to find flammable liquids, batteries, asbestos and paint following a fire of this magnitude. the order allows the e-p-a to help, state and local officals with clean-up efforts.
