there is so much fantastic food on offer at the international green week and by then at the moment it's the world's biggest. food and agriculture industry trade fair in general more and more people care about their food and by a fair trade products for example the restaurant into know in the german capital has also a special concept it follows the feel of fee off region and seasonal ingredients in a radical way the chef even doesn't use lemons and pepper. edible works of art these experimental dishes made look exotic but the ingredients are sourced from the countryside around berlin. so there's no chocolate no lemons no exotic fruits no spices not even pepper and diners will look in vain for luxury delicacies they're simply not part of the approach at einstein or north. and i've worked in high end restaurants are for. lobster and caviar but i've grown and matured in that food makes no sense for me today that's for me. instead the food served up here focuses on flavor simplicity and the craft of cooking. to ensure some types of fruits and vegetables are available out of season and the re
