democrats line, james from alexandria, virginia. i agree with the previous color. he made some good points. is reason that i'm calling i've been, in the experience of the government shutdown. my mother and father both were federal employees, nonessential, fired. this was during the clinton administration. what we're dealing with here is politicians who are grandstanding to certain extent, i think -- rand paul to be exact -- i don't think he's without hair. but we are dealing with -- compare. what we are dealing with here is a fundamental problem that we have found, and doesn't have anything to do with donald trump, parties. it really has to do with the andtionality of government, how we have sort of lost touch in theat our role is functionality of government. speaks to mes what whe i see this type of thing, when i see the government shutdown in the 90's which was a different story, but now you see this divide, and it speaks to me more now than it did then. there wasn't a divide that. there was, but there were ways to get along party lines, in terms of functionality
