we are here at the fremont station this morning. people are trying to get on the train right now could be running a bit behind schedule. there are significant delays this morning about the fremont/warm springs line. this is what it looks like at the fremont station. this is a video we shot early this morning this happened at around 3:20 am. no one was hurt in this accident but a truck that is designed to drive along the tracks derailed this morning. there was damage that was done to the third rail. and the cover to the third rail. crews at the scene are doing two things, they are working to remove the maintenance truck and working to do repairs to all of the damaged equipment. in the meantime, train for single tracking to the area. they have to slow down as they come upon the south hayward bart station and proceed with caution through the area. that is slowing things down this morning and leading to delays. this could be an issue for some time as a repair work continues. . >> this is not a quick fix when you had to replace the rails

kron 4's charles clifford live for us tonight in fremont with details. chuck. . . . natsaccording the the fremont police department, early tuesday morning someone stole all the tires off of three vehicles parked along streets in the ardenwood neighborhood. officers responded to the area just after 4 am tuesday on reports of a suspicious person in 3434 thousand block of pueblo terrace . when they the arrived on scene, the person was gone but his/her handiwork remained. this car along siward drive was missing all four tires and the vehicle was propped precariously on rock. just around the corner on crandallwood drive this white car was also missing all four tires, but by tuesday afternoon the owner had apparently put on the spare tire and set the car on a proper jack. a discarded brick and jack sitting nearby. sotrichard pedersen has lived in the area for seven years and says he doesn't remember anything like this ever happening before.soti mean it is pretty crazy.he says it's not uncommon for people to leave cars sitting unmoved along the street for months on end but

they arrested the suspect early this morning near fremont boulevard. the man allegedly held two female employees at gun point while he sexually assaulted them yesterday morning at the party city in the fremont hub shopping center. police haven't identified the suspect at this time and say the investigation is still on going. >>> police continue tonight to search for an armed and  dangerous man who was accused of firing an assault rifle in his backyard. police tried for hours last night and into this morning to make contact with the suspect. after nearly 12 hours officers obtained a search warrant for the house on severe avenue and found it empty. no one was injured by last night's gun fire. residents say there are been problems at the home for months. >> we were pretty tripped out because we didn't hear the gunshots at first, it was just a bunch of cops. >> police say the man fired the weapon because he was upset about a loud party next door. during the search of the home today police found an ar still rifle and evidence of a shooting. officials say
