novato, san rafael, today could be windy. it won't be as windy as yesterday. here we go with our futurecast. you can see breezy conditions right along the coast. but those gusts will be around 15 to 20 miles per hour as opposed to 40 which is what we did experience yesterday. your futurecast is going to show another chance of rain. this low is going to dip down from canada. british columbia, that's where it is right now. once it arrives on monday, we could get a tenth to a quarter inch and by wednesday, another storm will come through next week and that one could bring us a bit more rain, lasting through thursday. for the weekend to see what to do? it's going a great weekend to get outside because temperatures are going to be up slightly, low 60s and mostly sunny skies. >>> we have some breaking news this morning out of louisiana where two people have been shot on the campus of southeastern louisiana university. police say there is no present threat to the campus which is in the town of hammond, louisiana. those two people who were shot are expected to survive
