they are getting rain in southern california. the snow though for us, the rain has been as you mow dismal. it is even worse for the sierra snow. this is the amount of snow to water equivalent for the northern sierra. trinity county. 18% of normal. central sere a tahoe, 25% with a water equifflation of 5 -- water equivalence of 5.6. last year there was 4.8 inches of snow water equivalent. today there is 4.4. that's not right. but it looks like we will get snow. there are a series of lows coming in. they are taking it over a land trajectory instead of water. they get a quick shot of snow to the sierra. a better opportunity on it looks like monday for decent snow. the lows do dive south and giving southern california and even arizona rain. in the next ten days, they will go over water which would help us get rain. until there, a lot of cold air. 30s and 40s on the temps. here is a system to the north. there is a mix towards mendocino and lake county. by the time it arrives here, it will just be cloud cover. rain down in southern cal
