. >> walter perez is live in richboro, bucks county, a locale that walter seems to have gotten the silver medal in all this. >> reporter: the gold medal in pennsylvania, but the silver medal overall. richboro got hammered. yesterday afternoon i was reporting live from bethlehem expecting the lehigh valley to get the brunt of the school. but it was south in bucks that got pummeled. in bucks county, 16 inches of snow in richboro. the major roads and secondary roads have been plowed, they are in good shape. the back streets it's going to be a tough morning for people getting out of their driveways and back streets across this part of bucks county. while snow was the major issue in this part of bucks county, the power outages in lower bucks further south are very bad. 59% of customers in lower makefield this morning or without power that's down from 64% just a few hours ago. it's incredible. 41% of customers in bristol, 43% in falls township still without power this morning. it's a major problem. because of that, they have set up a red cross shelter nearby to help people in dire straits as a

lets send it back inside to you. >>> now, lets turn to walter perez. for storm preparations in the lehigh valley. >> the lehigh valley got several inches from the storm on friday and now they could be in for much more. >> that is right. as you mentioned a few days after the coastal storm clobbered our region we are getting ready for another one. this is the penndot salt yard you sigh how the snow from friday's storm is gone but snow emergencies have been declared in municipalities across the lehigh valley in advance of the pending nor'easter and winter storm warning goes into effect at 7:00 and remains in effect until 3:00 a.m. on thursday. we spoke with penndot officials who said if you have plans to take you on the road tomorrow cancel them if at all possible. >> the main thing to help the drivers do their work is for motorists to stay off the road. we had motorists on the road traveling it creates conditions where our plows can't do their jobs it's very important that they are partners on the road and avoid travel if at all possible. >> reporter: th

. >> walter perez is live in rich bore -- richboro, bucks county, a full 16 inches. >> reporter: here's the winner, richboro, pennsylvania, a tremendous amount of snow across this part of the bucks county. the major roads across richboro and lower makefield are clear, but the back streets are a mess, a lot of people will have a hard time getting out of their properties, even if they cleared the way, when the plow came through last night they pushed the snow on the roads to the foot of the driveways, people will have a hard time getting out this morning. the numbers are staggering, while 16 inches of snow fell in richboro, the number of people suffering power outages or dealing with outages in lower makefield is incredible. 23% of peco customers across bucks county are without power. 64% in lower makefield are without power because that part of bucks county has older trees many toppled taking you on power lines. the number in lower makefield 8,400 customers without power. the red cross has set up a shelter at the middletown township municipal complex. 3 municipal way in langhorne. if you
