( darya ) the high cost of living has led to a growing number of people living in motorhomes and other vehicles on the streets. but a new pilot program in mountian view could provide a better place to park and provide other services. the santa clara county board of supervisors voted to fund safe overnight parking and supportive services including restroom facilities. a new non- profit called 'lots of love' will coordinate the program.
