representing england, aaron heading! he can be found here. around the waterways of south lincolnshire. not the obvious way to prepare for world championship, but it all started four years ago when his shooting started to suffer. i had a terrible motorbike accident. it wasn't until my now wife and mother and father said that i was not in a good way and i might lose my leg... it brought things home to me. so he needed a distraction. and when a position at the coast guard came up, he grabbed it. it has relaxed me. it has helped my shooting massively. the majority of my training is done on my own, so being involved with such a big team that we have here is fantastic. he's a great swimmer. he has youth on his side, as well. and his many successes in shooting, the highs of competition can be very much balanced out by his work as a coast guard, as he found out earlier this year. coming back from australia, i literally got home, and within a couple of hours, got called out to a body that had washed up on the marsh. and it brings everything back into
