[applause] so with that e-cigarette prevention program high schools and middle schools. catch my breath is a three -year-old program, delaware , on board and make it 50. the first state to be ratified by the constitution but the last to use catch my breath. first if we pursue federal legi the teesix and looking what it what should we emulate? >> anybody? >> they apply to all laws that is a positive element in addition sets the default as opt out although we don't adopt that framework but it is recognized by the default setting. >> if there are conflicts between the two between californiaia and gdp are we should address in the federal law? >> i think the concern it is likely different but significant the difficulty and challenges it is burdensome so early you see small companies have exited europe and it looks like it is strengthening other platforms in europe and that data hurts innovation such as block chain california has a number of concerns raised the most significant is if other states follow suit with a patchwork of rules and fragmentation that is unworkable r for consumers as well as other companies and we do have concerns california that does sound good in statement but it could deny the consumers for sharing data this could affect as commonplace as your grocery loyalty program to share information with your grocery store. we
