and we're looking at the fog and the marine layer right at the immediate coastline. that's the big change at this hour. it's starting to pull in the cooler breeze, dropping temperatures down a few degrees, from 2 to 6 degrees cooler, compared to this time yesterday. as we hit tomorrow morning's forecast, we get fog near the coastline. we're going to start off on the chilly side. it will be beautiful, though, for the south bay. mostly clear and 50. there's that fog for the peninsula and 52. 47 in the trivalley. you need your jacket there. and in the north bay, we'll feel the chill with an average of 44 degrees. if you go up near ukiah, it will be as cold as the upper 30s. more north you go, the colder it will be to start tomorrow morning. san francisco, start with a little fog and 50 and some clouds near the bay for the east bay and 49. we start off cool, it's not going to stay on the cooler side all day long. and the main reason why is we have high pressure sitting out here. that's helping to keep storm systems away and continuing the warm air moving into california.

the first calls came in at around 6:30 am. it was at 72nd avenue. we want to show you the video above the fire taken about 30 minutes ago. you can see firefighters were able to put out the flames but they are dumping water on the warehouse. a good amount of smoke is coming from the fire. let's check in with ktvu allie rasmus live at the scene. >> reporter: you can see the smoke and the wind patterns are shifting so it looks like the smoke is moving in an east and southeast direction. you can see the flames and the things smoldering. this is not contained but it is definitely not the situation that we saw earlier this morning. firefighters are going through what is left of the warehouse that burned. the fire is not completely under control until the fire stops smoldering. they are making sure that the small flames do not grow into anything bigger. it was around 6:35 am when the firefighters responded to the call about the fire. neighbors that we spoke to said that the flames were reaching a couple of stories into the air above the power lines and the

a studio at 55% of income is pegged at $1,140. now i think for many people, they would still have a hard time paying $1,140 for a studio. but that is what is to come from affordable housing in san francisco. to understand what it means when we peg the price at 1140%, the studio is $2,901. that is what we're calling affordable housing in the studio that we can rent a studio at 140% of median income and the rent is $2,109. i don't see how that's affordable for anyone that is working class? my issue is not with who sell eligible, let's have households that are eligible for housing at indian basin, i don't want to charge the price of a 140% as that rent. is the way it works in our inclusionary ordinance is 2017, recognizing the rent price was so high is what we said is the highest stand was limited at 110% of a.m.i., but households that make up to 130% are eligible to apply for that unit. now a studio at 110% of median income is still $2,280. that is the max i'm asking for in this development project. i just don't think that i can all

i'll put my forecast, the warmest here across gilroy at 76 and morgan hill at 75. you can see the trend as you get closer to the bay. a little bit of the bay breeze to keep us in the low 70s in downtown san jose and cupertino. contra costa and alameda counties, most of the heat trapped back into the interior valleys. up to the warmest in pittsburgh and concord and pleasanton at 75 and closer to the bay. you're at 68 here in oakland. the peninsula warming up just a couple of degrees, but, you know, overall, can't argue with 70 degrees in palo alto. san mateo 67 and san francisco significant in the 60s tomorrow. we don't see it warming up right yet. 66 here in the mission and 63 also in the marina, but when that wind kicks up out of the west at 20 miles per hour, certainly will feel like the 50s for tomorrow so take your jacket if you're headed to san francisco. marin, napa, the warmest is ukiah at 75 and santa rosa 73 right down to mill valley at 72. my extended forecast does have changes. heat building into san francisco once we hit friday and saturday's forecast.
