margaret hayward was a bond project named in the 2012 clean and safe park fund. it's the largest single project in that bond. and we hope to renovate that park to unify the site. it's very chopped up right now. there is a variety of buildings on it. and obviously, upgrade the facilities, including the playing fields, multiuse court and the playground. that's the slide you see here. slide 2. currently, the legislation that i referred to that enabled the building to be built there set property lines here that you see delineated in yellow. they are close up around the dem building and then to the east of the building, there is the shaded yellow area which is currently dem property. the first phase of the legislation proposes to return that shaded yellow area to park use. and then expand a buffer around the dem project. the dem building, excuse me. which with you see here in -- which you see her in the second slide. that building was built before 9/11. this is to accommodate a requirement by the department of homeland security to have a buffer around buildings such a

we see a good deal of slowing through hayward and also at the bay bridge. earlier crashes into san francisco on the span, those caused an early backup so the backup is at the toll plaza, a little stronger than we might expect at this time of day but also calling out this for the nimitz, south 880 at 237, a crash that went off the roadway. your slow lane is blocked and the crews may have arrived, we're waiting for the tow truck to pull that car from the dirt over there, so that will result in slowing down through milpitas out of fremont, and then into fremont, south 880 slows around decoto. we see the build coming out of the castro valley "y" area. the san francisco side of the bay bridge crash cleared earlier, three of them caused the metering lights to be turned on early and may have slowed them down extra so that's why we see slowing into the maze already at this time. it starts a little early as you approach the bridge but once you get there, everything is clear into san francisco. back to you. >> thanks, mike. 6:01 right now. >>> back to this awful air

these were high temperatures today. 77 hayward, 80 morgan hill, 80 san jose. temperatures tomorrow going to come up a few degrees and that should be the warmest it gets. the salesforce building is lit up for halloween and it is different. i kind of like it. you do not see any fog and there is not a lot of wind . we will have warmer weather tomorrow. we have an anti-cyclonic flow that is clockwise and you see the air coming around and it goes to the upper level clouds and winds but the service is kind of doing the same thing. when it rotates clockwise it means that air is sinking. when the air sinks it gets warmer and we will be in the mid-80s tomorrow. tomorrow will be similar to today with overnight lows in the upper 40s and low 50s. there will be some fog trying to form at the coast but it is not going to happen. we have a good-looking day for tomorrow with the storm system and rain staying north. i am not seeing any rain out there. that can change but it looks dry into the first part of november. 85 antioch and now red flag warning because we are not dealin
