the fact this is out there is a big deal for john tester. earlier it looked like this was 100% reporting. this is 67% reporting. missoula is dem country, blue country in montana to the extent it exists. the margin, 28 points now. again, 22,000 votes total in this county. that's a couple thousand votes there that john test kerr pick up based on this marge -- tester can pick up based on this margin. the top line, rosendale, 6,500 votes ahead. if you're tester, where are you going to get votes? missoula has 33% outstanding vote. you're picking up a couple thousands votes there if you're john tester. great falls, this is the fifth-biggest county in the state. not a huge amount of vote or distance, but ten-point margin, you could pick up 1,000 or 2,000 votes there. ga gallatin county, the third largest county in the state, 32%. people have been talking that matt rosendale was on the verge. there's flno question that john tester is in trouble in montana. these are blue counties with outstanding vote. john tester still has a path. it might be slim,

you talk about john tester right now. this is a squeaker. john tester is down. let's see where the vote is, if we can. 73%. this is good news for john tester. reason being, look at this. he had a nine or ten thousand vote advantage in this area and a quarter of that vote is still out there. anything to that, we're not only looking at montana, we're also looking down here. when you get into arizona, another race we haven't called yet. only 75% of the vote is in at this time. they are waiting to see what happens with absentee votes, mail-in votes. we'll see what happens in that race. if democrats win that, that would be a democratic pick-up. then we go down to the great state of florida. that's right. we always seem to talk about problems in florida. 0.4% separates now rick scott, the governor, who has challenged bill nelson, the incumbent senator. the reason we haven't called this race right now is because less than 0.5%, it goes to an automatic recount in the state. if you are talking about legal challenges, think about florida. >> we have never seen that before

we can now predict that john tester will win reelection in montana. this is a race we had to wait a little bit to call because of this factor right here. if you look right here, this is where the outstanding vote is, jake, in montana. there was just no way that his republican opponent could make up that ground. this is an interesting race when it comes to donald trump, it was a very personal race for donald trump because it was john tester who went after ronny jackson, who was donald trump's v.a. secretary pick. remember he was the white house doctor, became the v.a. secretary pick and john tester released information that was very damaging to him. so when it comes to donald trump, he would have liked to see john tester lose. but as we move along, though, this was a very good night had it comes to republicans in general right here, if you go here, look at this, jake. this is just really an amazing bit of information here. you have claire mccaskill, she loses. specifically we're talking about a year of the woman right there. up in north dakota, heidi h

john tester winning missoula, and so there are opportunities and pathways. you talk to democrats and they feel like tester has a real opportunity here. and another one we are keeping an eye on, arizona. martha mcsally hanging on to her 14,500 lead. maricopa county, biggest county in the entire state, and sin kyn sinema is leading in maricopa, and trailing statewide, that's something that has democrats worried. republicans feeling good about where they stand in this race. and another race that is outstanding, florida. .4% separates scott and nelson. the reason it's outstanding, .5% is the trigger for state-wide runoff in the state of florida, and still absentee ballots and provisional ballots to be counted. we will see what happens when those comes in. the other issue, the other thing everybody is paying attention to is what is going on in the house. there's a little more than a dozen races outstanding there, and i want to look at some of those real quick. these are the uncalled pickup opportunities here. about 13 races still outstanding. take a look at where

remember this one, john tester got elected, defeating conrad berns. hey, this works. you can get in road in red states by doing this. they tried in 2014, arkansas, defended the seat and put it on the ballot and passed overwhelmingly and did not work. you saw 2014, alaska, put it on the ballot, passed, did not work. it is 2018, missouri, we are back to where we started, mckaskill in that very close race, what can we read into this history? it is not as game changer, putting it on the ballot douse n does not win the election. does it have a marginal impact? if the races really close, could that get you a little bit of an extra edge. this is an interesting test this year. missouri is one of the closest senate race there is on the board this year. so this is on the ballot, we may get a read on election day to see if it could get 10,000 or 20,000 extra votes of the democrats. this is the kind of race that could make a difference. even with mccaskill running essentially democrats and she's highlighting that right now in that tight race. because there is the clear split betw
