martha mcsally was praised for the gracious way she conceded to kyrsten sinema. in a daily caller interview, the president suggested that mcsally should have pushed harder. director david chal yon is here. what do you make of this? >> i'm not sure what the president is thinking since he was not following the election returns quite as closely. mcsally was initially ahead, but kyrsten sinema didn't just edge ahead, she significantly edged ahead by tens of thousands of votes. it wasn't a close race, not like a razor thin race. it was clear to mcsally there was no chance whatsoever she was going to be the next senator. >> it's not unusual that the ballots come in after that were counted. >> it's mostly mail ballots. >> in this interview with the daily caller, the president had interesting comments about voter fraught. sometimes they go to their car and put on a different hat and shirt and come in and vote again. nobody takes anything. it's really a disgrace what's going on. the disgrace is that voter id, if you buy a box of cereal or do anything, you have a voter id.

martha mcsally holds a slim lead over democrat kyrsten sinema. >> we now have our first lawsuit, filed late yesterday by the republican party in four counties over the process by which they are verifying the signatures and some of those remaining ballots. they allege the process is not uniform among all 15 counties in arizona. election workers are calling voters to verify their vote when their signature doesn't match. other counties just throw them out unless that can be done before election day. we are talking about the mail-in ballots that were dropped off at the polls on election day in those four counties, not exactly sure how many that is. republican party leaders call it a fairness issue, democrat leaders call it vote suppression. there is a hearing on friday. among the 620 both left to be counted, a vast majority are in three big counties. 475,000 in, democrat kyrsten sinema can feel confident in how she's doing in those areas. there are 38,000 votes or so to be counted in nine smaller counties and martha mcsally has a lead in six of those nine counties. we should get a better h
