the people we are talking about in south dakota are working south dakota means. they are folks that can't simply afford health insurance and the problem is they are getting their care today, the wrong place, wrong time, wrong costs, the emergency room. governor to guard talked about acceptance of these dollars, working with the legislature to find common ground, perfect example where we find common ground, not take this washington politician rhetoric and seek to divide us but to solve south dakota's problems. that needs to be our focus. this is a conversation about access to health care coverage so we can have a healthy workforce that fills our needs. that is the focus and those are the things i will focus on, more access to care, and healthier population. >> i'm a big believer in working to solve these problems, i worked in a bipartisan manner in the state legislature, working with republicans and democrats on these reforms since i have been working with south dakota. we can be much more number and give people healthcare coverage that meets their families needs
