let me show you this picture in the east bay hills. whenever the clouds top the east bay hills, that means they'll make it into the east bay valleys. while you'll be in the 90s, not the upper 90s that we've had. those come back tomorrow. a delightful evening on the way. 57 at the coast. chilly, but 71 to 81 for the rest of us. an excessive heat watch out. i'll show you those areas coming up. n calistoga area. they're sending emergency crews there. it's on northbound 29 past tubbs lane. also, a couple accidents in the east bay, eastbound 4 approaching 680. southbound 680 near 242, that isn't blocking lanes as well. it is out there and the bay bridge toll plaza is now backing up past the foot of the maze. plan on about a 15-minute wait as you make your way into san francisco into the metering lights. if you want to take the richmond-san rafael bridge, that's looking nice and light. not much delay there heading westbound. b.a.r.t., mass transit, a.c.e. also reporting no delays. caltrains will temporarily close the lower half of the manzan
