like jay inslee dropping out, he said his top thing was climate change. that's great for him running for a third term. a governor on the west coast can do tremendous things in terms of climate change policy. with tom steyer i'm not sure when his breakout moment will be or what his backup plan will be, so if he doesn't get the nomination, he can say at least i walked away with x. i'm still trying to solve for x. >> the key is you cannot buy your way into the white house, you have to work really hard at it, and slow and steady wins the rate, i don't see tom steyer as a tortoise. he he can buy a lot of airtime, but cannot buy his ways to the white house. i worked with the last three wincer of iowa. they got there by working the grounds, retail politics, staying under the radar under the iowa caucus came out and then masse a splash. if you're not on the debait teenage, though, it makes it difficult. i would never earn courage someone to get out if you have the momentum. a good healthy debate is for the process. >> what we're looking at bernie sande sanders, w
