kristina partsinevelos filling in for liz claman. kristina? >> the big question who will buy them, they are flooding the market next 20 years or so. normally baby boomers the easing, cheap debt, oversupply but unto the thatly it has to do with the fact that a lot of those born between 1946 to 1964 may be hitting the end of their life. a lot of homes will hitting the market. more specifically peoplers are expected to flood the market four out of every 10 homes right now are owned by somebody 60 years and older. five out of 10 are 55 years and older. they have a large share of the market. if you talk about the silver tsunami. boomers will turn over roughly 2/3 of all homes in the united states by 2037. that will be a huge influx into the market. by 2040, hopefully we can bring up the graph, to show how much it is grown, 1.5 million, you will see a lot of homes hit the market. to bring it full circle, who will fill the gap? can we hope millenials will come to play? they have been holding back on purchases because of debt, starting off life a litt
