juliette goodrich, kpix 5. two new details in the stabbing of a good samaritan writing to riding a bar train., the man had walked away from san leandro hospital before the attack and was considered an at risk missing person. we are getting our first look at the suspect, 39-year-old jermaine bram. he is sitting in the santa rita jail facing murder and carjacking charges. police say that he tried to steal a pair of shoes from a bart rider yesterday and stabbed the good samaritan to death to try to intervene. bart police also revealing new details as well as the sequence of events. the victim has been identified as oliver williams. police say williams got into a fight as the train was leaving the station, that struggle lasted about 10 minutes before the train stopped at the south tabor station. the whole incident was captured on security cameras inside the train car. but, one very important witness is nowhere to be found. bart police have failed to speak with the rider targeted in the initial theft. >> he was able
