katie: exactly. if you look at gold prices, they peaked at the same time that treasury 10 year yields bottomed. both of the assets really react to economic fears and trade tensions in inflation inputs. chart,look at the gold it has been stagnant. it has been very range bound. even though it is on track for its best year in a decade. as indicativethat of a lot of easing of fear in the global economy and global markets. that is one of the reasons why he sees treasury yields going higher from here. shery: higher when? what is the timeframe and is he ready to bet against treasuries? katie: this is a very short-term measure is what he told me. one to two months. given that, and given it is 25 basis points, probably not enough to make him move. his flagship bonds is still a percent of the holdings in treasuries. he is not ready to bet against treasuries yet. he does the longer term that yields are probably going to rise from here. he has a pretty good track record. he said in september we have probably see
