and we're enjoying sunshine across the bay area. as we take a look outside right now, enjoy that sunshine while it lasts, take a little walk with the dog or open up the windows and let in some fresh air. although those temperatures have been very chilly. we started out this morning in the north bay, in the upper 20s and low 30s. we have some freezing temperatures. right now we're getting milder as we reach into the low to mid-50s. going into the afternoon, we'll see a high of 60 degrees in san jose, 59 in santa rosa, and 62 in napa. san francisco reaching 57 degrees. but yes, that rain will be here very soon. in fact most likely by the time you wake up tomorrow morning you'll already hear rain hitting the roof in parts of the bay area. so expect those showers to move in and linger into the weekend. i'll talk about that, the cool temperatures and a warm-up for next week, all coming up in the microclimate forecast, marcus. >> looking forward to it, kari, thank you. >>> this time can be hard for everyone. sometimes you can't hold back
