ocean beach, pacifica, half moon bay, our westward facing beaches will be cloudy most of the day. south facing beaches, areas like santa cruz, capitola will get some afternoon sunshine. there is a look at the storm that brought us several inches of rain to some of our hills and areas of the south bay and monterey early, or last weekend and in early into the week. and it just kind of hung over southern california and kept ringing as the on and off scattered showers and, all of that cloud cover they kept is below average. it is now moving out, moving out of southern california and on its way to arizona and in its wake we have a ridge that is building over the west. that will bring our temperatures up, and is going to keep us to dry. the stormtracker being pushed to the north, at least for now. we are looking anywhere from 44% of average for the season of rainfall in areas like oakland, to 53% over areas like san jose. we realize we are in a deficit as we get into the spring months. less likely that we are going to see a lot of rain, but wow, last weekend we got a good dose. here is
