mike? >> yeah, no one was clamoring for the traffic, but let's look at in sunol southbound jammed up for 680 because of this crash that continues to block your right two lanes and they need absorbent to pick up the oil and antifreeze that s that is the short section and that is the only real issue bay area wide. that's the better news. we'll end with that. >> one more thing, though. live look at alameda where the new coronavirus testing site just opened up there yesterday. people are getting their results within 15 minutes. city health urgent care is located in alameda research park in marina village. we are learning it is temporarily shut down. it's all due to an insurance with liability issue. the city health was supposed to test 500 people per day, but there were lines until midnight. yesterday they tested over 1,000 people. city health says this is temporary and they're working on a solution. so, we'll certainly keep tabs on that for you. >>> well, that will do it this morning for us on

"today in the bay's" kris sanchez is joining us live now from menlo park with what this may mean for san mateo county and, kris, is there a way to stay out of the list? >> reporter: well, it might be too late t is something that lags after the testing, so this is an infection rate so the folks who are infected are already infected. we just may not know they're sick just yet. take a look at this. on average 127 cases per 100,000 people in this county. to stay off the state watch list that has to be fewer than 100 cases per 100,000 people. speaking with governor newsom in the central valley the state secretary of health and human services says californians there and here need to get even more serious about stopping the spread of covid-19. >> today's hospital numbers really came from infections weeks ago, so if we want the situation in the hos
