we know at least two groups have requested permits from national park service. one for a prayer vigil this morning in front of the white house, the other for a free speech rally here in freedom plaza. that was approved for 10,000 people. you could see some of the people getting set up, starting to gather here. you could see a lot of the flags and different t-shirts, all of that sort of around in this area. again, the permit for free gom plaza was approved for about 10,000 people. we're not sure how many people will be here today in part because we have seen a number of counter-protesters organizing on social media. we've seen a number of different groups on social media saying that they're planning to come out in support of president trump and protest the results of the election today. and those groups have not necessarily requested permits. we did see some trump supporters arrive last night and there was a bit of a disturbance between them and counter-protests where d.c. police had to step in and get involved. president trump has tweeted about this saying it is
