nbc news now projecting biden wins arizona. he's flipped another red state blue. biden receiving 11,000 more votes than president trump. arizona will award all of its 11 electoral votes to joe biden putting his total at 290. you see the map here. president trump has 217. here's why it matters. biden's win in arizona makes president trump's fight to overturn the election results essentially impossible. if president trump were to win in georgia and also overturn the results in pennsylvania biden would still have the 270 electoral votes to win. >> president trump is still refusing to concede. tonight the homeland security department had a message for the country saying it was the most secure election in american history. dhs says it's not found any evidence of any voting system being compromised. quote, all the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of each vote allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary. this process allows for the identification and correction of any mistakes or errors. >> so this chaotic
