perdue's lead up. raphael warnock, he still has a nearly 25,000 vote lead over the republican kelly loeffler. we're watching all this. that leaves us 17,900 right now. i want to go back to the atlanta suburban counties -- gwinnett, dekalb, cobb. there's a lot of votes and these are heavily democratic. still plenty of opportunity for the democrats. >> but also as we watch the today vote come in, it's critical. the democrats will win those counties. the question is, do the leads shrink? fulton county, atlanta to the north. pastor war knock ahead. this is his area. he's at 75%. they're up to 87% reporting. want to flip over here. jon ossoff running a little bit behind in the home county of pastor warnock. joe biden gets 73% here. let's check the percentages. are we getting your basic metric? yes, the democrats are getting their basic metric, exceeding a little with about 13% to be counted. then move over to dekalb. this is a big weight. this is a big weight because of the size. it is the fourth largest of

in the ossoff perdue race in november, perdue -- it was 50 to 48, perdue over ossoff, a county with a large african-american population. one of the things we said at the top of the broadcast, democrats have been saying they think they turned out more black voters in the early voting period than they were able to turn out back in november, in the november election. in the counties where you see that in particular is a county like washington county. it's a small county, a rural county with a large african-american population. there is a columbus area, and where washington county is and you got ossoff now, several points above, three points above where he was in the november election, also, we saw we're monitoring the turnout here. how close to the turnout level are we seeing in washington county? it's down 10%. we have seen counties in northern georgia, they are down 10%. this is one county, looking for complete counties here, and here we go, a complete county with a large black population where the turnout, one of the highest we have seen relative to november, and the democrats now hav

look at the senate race, ossoff/perdue race, ossoff 81, perdue 17. if you're the democrats, you look at dekalb county, you say, wow, we're doing what we need to do. georgia has 139 counties. don't get caught up in what you might hear from any one county. our correspondents on the ground are also telling us that in forsythe county, turnout is up today, exceeding what happened in november. election day turnout. look, jon ossoff got swamped in forsythe county. this is a place that is absolutely critical for republican turnout. we can look at the presidential race. it's the same thing, two to one for donald trump. turnout is up here too. it may be that both parties are turning out their voters. we've also heard and showed some pictures earlier today, we don't know the final numbers yet, but you saw pictures on tv of long lines in cherokee county. is the trump base turning out? is this divide among republicans impacting republican turnout? cherokee county is a place where we'll see. that's how it played out in the presidential race, it was so close, the p

then we go to the perdue race. as tom mentioned before, that race is so close that it's technically under the recount threshold. we will have to wait and see, but it's important to note that very easily could go to a recount. difficult in a recount scenario to find 16,000 plus votes, which is what the margin is, but it's important to note that there still could be some time and another round of recounts following this. in your wheelhouse is the doing of all of this. there has been sharp criticism across the political landscape of the process of aid, stimulus, or income, small business distribution of funds. a that different under democratic regime than a republican regime? isaac: some of those same issues will be present no matter what. i'veesson i've had that taken away from this is that our financial architecture is agreed justly out of date. the trouble we are having with getting money to small businesses or individuals or things that we need to tackle in the future, because it's downright depressing that we are

in the perdue ossoff preliminary, it was perdue with 88,000 more votes. the difference of about 100,000 voters. where are the voters, the folks who voted for biden and then republicans. let's look at where you find the most, fulton county. big democratic county. atlanta is here. mo there are suburbs of the county. ossoff gets nearly 70% of the vote. look at this. the margin ossoff got, his victory margin in fulton county over perdue was 216,000 votes. that's not shabby, but compare that to what happened in the presidential race. remember, just under 70% for ossoff in a margin of 216,000. same county in the biden/trump race, there's a difference. biden nearly 73% of the vote in fulton county. a margin there of 242,000 votes. so biden's margin in fulton, 26,000 votes bigger than jon ossoff's margin. you see that in fulton and a few other counties. that's where that difference comes. that's how biden wins the state but ossoff finishes 88,000 votes short of perdue in the preliminary. where do you see the biggest splits? in fulton county, it's the suburban par

it's something that kelly loeffler and david perdue ran on. again, we have a situation in which the media largely ignored so many of the scandals surrounding raphael warnock, they didn't really talk about that race at all and all the issues he faced, being accused by his ex-wife of abuse and other things. the comments he made about the military in georgia, saying you can't serve the military and serve god. georgia's a large military state. you saw, again, as kind of a rigging of the election like they did to donald trump and what they decided to cover remarks they decided not to cover, big tech, big companies dog their best to censor the things that the voters count see. but the fact is, we pressed so hard to make sure that the senate was kept in republican hands, not just for the balance of power, but for the protection of this country. and when you look at the radical left agenda of raphael warnock and of the radical left as well, you have to have serious pause and serious concerns. it's not just higher taxes and regulation that's are going

david perdue was just short. ossoff was close. that's why you have the runoff for the six year term. david perdue is an incumbent senator. this is for a full six year term. then the more complicated race here, raphael warnock got the most votes in this race, but remember, you had republican congressman doug collins, crowded primary, for the special election to replace senator isaacson. again, nobody over 50. top two show up in the runoff today to win what is a two year term. whoever wins this seat has to run when that isaacson term expired in 2022. >> we know that early voting in november played such a monumental role. what are the numbers for the runoff races? >> the numbers are off the chart. do not match the presidential election. don't expect overall turnout to match the presidential election. that's when turnout is highest. show you numbers. here's the total numbers. 4 million votes cast early in the presidential election, 3 million cast early in runoffs. that's extraordinary for a runoff election. the question is is it down

jon ossoff has a 16,370 vote lead over david perdue. he's at 50.2%, anderson, to perdue's 49.8%. i just want to note that .4% margin is within the .5% margin limit in which a candidate can request a recount. we are waiting to see where is there still some remaining vote that may potentially pad ossoff's lead and get to a place where this may be projectable. we have not projected that race yet despite what ossoff and chuck schumer have done. overall about 98% of the vote is in, but i want to show you some places here like in fulton county where atlanta is, that's at 95% reporting. it's a huge democratic county, ossoff has been winning there 72% to 28% overall. so even though there's not that much vote left, the vote that comes in is going to break big for ossoff, will probably pad his lead. take a look at dekalb county, again, big democratic county, ossoff is winning it 83% to 17%, again, 95% of the vote is in, anderson, so 5% is not that much, but it's enough to give ossoff more pad to his overall lead here, 16,370 votes. take a look at the other race, you mentioned this one we d
