and i love jim banks. jim banks is one of our true leaders in our conference and he's got a very bright future out here in washington, d.c. secretary of state larose. and folks, they are going toe to toe with democrats in their states but they are also going toe to toe with the democrats out here in washington, d.c. house administration committee, would you ever think the smallest committee in the entire congress would be the committee where democrats try to jam 800 page electoral reform bills through? i didn't either. till we became in the minority. until i had to sit through hour upon hour watching my democrat colleagues with straight faces act like hr-1 was progress. i run the smallest committee in congress. we have nine members of the house administration committee. three republicans. we're small but we're tenacious. i'm also, ironically, the ranking member of the largest sub committee in congress. highways and transit has 59 members. just goes to tell you where the riert priorities are for republicans
