justin andrews is live. where does this investigation stand? >> reporter: those inspectors will be out here later today to really follow that complaint that was filed with the city of what they call unsafeguard rail conditions. this complaint was filed less than 24 hours after the deadly fall on sunday at the phish concert. case was opened monday following the complaint claiming that the guard rails are unsafe and not high enough and that the stairs leading to guard rails are steep. police confirmed to kpix there were actually two falls that night. officers were called before 9:00 sunday night of a possible fall and arrived and found a 47- year-old man from the east coast dead. witnesses say the man landed on his head. less than an hour later another fall. two people were taken to the hospital for nonlife threatening injuries. the band stopped their show in oregon the other day to offer condolences. >> we send our love to the family and we are sorry this all took place. i also want to say quickly some words
