there's not that many truck yards in long beach alone. a lot of them are in los angeles, compton, and other communities. that's a near term thing the government can do. there's also a new emergency fee on containers that are left at the port for longer -- you get four or five days for free at the port, and after that, if you don't pick up your container, there's a hefty fee, and that fee will go up every day by $100. in 30 days, you would pay a $46,000 fee if you left a container at the port. i think the government can put the port authority to ease that right away. there's a bottleneck. we can't get into the port. i find that fee to be unfair. >> eric: that will be an incentive for some people and keep up tweeting. it seems to be working. >> it is an interesting experiment for the fee. i'm all for price mechanisms. if it means they will respond, then try it. but if it doesn't clear after a week or two, i think you have a different problem. taxing the businesses who are trying to get cargo in before christmas holiday season, if you add th
