we have team coverage of the storm moving from the north bay to the south bay. let's start with meteorologist. what are reseeing the intensity moving to the south bay? >> the real issue with the video is the storm that just hit the brakes across the north bay. and storm ranger radar from giving the high definition view of the most intense rain band. over to na ta county and now moving down the peninsula. obviously some of that is spilling over to the stadium. one two punch of winds and rain. heavy rain half-moon bay. downtown san francisco. these are rain rates of about a half inch per hour. so that's enough to cause spot flooding. you add all this up. it's been going on since sunrise. still in the north bay you can see the moderate to heavy rain pushing to the out. estimated rainfall so far with this particular storm. the dark red. average of four to six inches of rain. we past ds half way point of storm. flash flood warnings up. for another 30 minutes or so. redwood creek. also out towards millic creek. and ma rin county. through 5:00. flash flood watches up.
