abigail doolittle has been tracking it. abigail: in general stocks moving higher. the s&p 500 headed to a nice gain. we did have this intraday volatility on monday and tuesday. overall 1.6% on the day. most major indexes are up more than 1%. that could have something to do with the fact that on the date yields are coming in, taking some pressure off of stocks. the yield curve is flattening overall with your five and your 10 in four basis points and the 30 year in about three basis points. the flattening yield curve seems to be helping out stocks ahead of the cpi report tomorrow. as for some of the stocks on the move, there are earnings movers we have been taking a look at. one of them is lyft. this was all over the map. it is clearly up 3.5%. they put up a strong fourth-quarter. the outlook is clearly week. this having to do with omicron and the virus and ridership not being as strong as hope for, but uber up 3.4%. that company has more diversification in terms of its delivery business. they might record stronger outlook with that diversification of their business.
