let's start with rob mayeda our meteorologist. rob, give us an updated timeline on when it's going to be get the hottest over the next couple of days. >> next 24 hours we'll see a peek at the temperatures and just today we jumped 17 degrees warmer than the same time yesterday, close to san francisco and most of the bay area anyway from about 10 to 15 degrees warmer. san francisco right now starting to cool off a little bit. 73 degrees. but humidity just 23%. look at san jose. 82 degrees. so as we take a look at tomorrow's record high temperatures on the right and the forecast on the left, you can see santa rosa, oakland, livermore and san jose. livermore obviously if the record of 89 stands the best chance of setting a new record high tomorrow. as we watch the forecast here, inland areas tomorrow that were in the mid to upper 80s have the chance of finding some 90s for the inland east bay and the santa clara valley. coast and bayside temperatures 70s and 80s. but just as soon as the heat arrives for the weekend get ready for some
