. >> anchor ryan yamamoto joins us with the latest. >> allen and juliette, we are getting a timeline from the ntsb on what led up to that crash last month . the pulmonary findings reveal some confusion involving track workers and caltrain dispatchers. that crash happened on march 10th when the train carrying 75 passengers hit three maintenance vehicles working on the track in san bruno. the impact set off a flyer spreading to one of the passenger railcars. 14 people were injured including 12 passengers, one crewmember and a maintenance contractor. the train was traveling at 63 miles per hour, the authorized limit is 79 miles per hour. according to the report, the worker in charge got permission to be on the track at about 9:50 a.m. they stopped at low poles and construction materials from a fenced in location next to the main track. it minutes later, the worker in charge contracted the train dispatcher and released that approval. in other words, it seems like the track workers indicated they were clear of the tracks. at 10:33 a.m., that crash happened. the report does not address why
